'Bye

Hello... what's up?

Yeah, I have no idea what to post on this blog anymore. Sigh...

Update: Jimmy and Bri have divorced. Mom got the twins. Larry is going to med school. The twins are both walking and talking already. David got hit by a car and went into a coma but is thankfully alright now and is trying to start up his own restaurant.

Yup, so I think I'm going to put this to rest already. It's weird since it's been going for two years now, but this blog has been feeling neglected and isn't just depressing? I'm not a very good blogger when it comes to this blog because I have no idea what to write about.

Alright.

Well, I have other accounts...

Goodreads: http://www.goodreads.com/user/show/3357039

Critiquecircle: I'm Lor185 (It used to be my cousin Lor's account, but she gave it to me) I love this site...

Actually, that's all I go on...

So, thanks for reading this for so long. I might start another blog for just me and I won't delete this one, but...

I don't know. Doesn't feel right anymore. I'm just tired, I guess.

Ugh, I sound like such a depressed teenager, huh? Haha...

:D bye.

Poem Blues

The moon is made out of cheese
And penguins fly anywhere they please.
Pluto is a planet
And no students read Hamlet.
Cancer is unheard of,
No kids are without love.
I’m free to dream
About pools of whipped cream,
For there’s no need
To ponder things like greed.
The sky is always pink
No singers need to lip sync.
And the trees get up and dance
While I stare on in a trance,
For I have nothing better to do
Than dream up a new world or two.

Yeah, that's all I could come up with. I have to write a poem for Creative Writing and I threw that up. Sorry if anyone actually read that.

Is anybody a poet? If so... HELP.

Oh, Happy New Year by the way.

Prompt

Hey, Dan. If you were a leader of a country with no Bill of Rights, what would you do?

Really random question, Lauren, but I have nothing better to post about.

Well, dang. That small country would be pretty screwed up with me as its leader (1. because I'm 15, 2. because I'm pretty lazy.)

I guess my First Order of Official Business would be to elect someone older than me to be my 'Personal Advisor to the King' (my PAK) who would be smart and nice enough to help me out with the whole 'running a country' thing.

I think I would change some of the things that I think are wrong about this society. It would be easier with a small country than the U.S., so it could be way easier to limit the homeless, the unemployed, the J.D.’s. It would be much easier to make a difference with one small piece, than the whole puzzle.

I would also ban Home Ec. from schools, because I understand what those poor children who can’t cook are going through. It’s just unnecessary torture (that goes for sewing to). I bet Math would have to stay, though. I’ll just leave that for my ancestors to deal with.

Then, my PAK and I would establish the 'Dan Code' that all citizens would have to abide by, or they would be bludgeoned to death with a stick.

Just kidding, just kidding.

They would totally be beaten with a mace, not a dumb ol’ stick! What good would a stick do? No one would say, “Better not break the law. Don’t wanna get hit with The Stick.” Actually, that does sound pretty hard-core.

Sorry, off topic.

Anyway, the Dan Code would have your everyday average laws, with a little more thrown in. For example:

#65: Don’t do drugs (only dopes do dope).

#78: No killing, unless you have permission by the King or the PAK (Haha, better watch out, you Home Ec. teachers! You, too, Miley Cyrus!)

#265: Don’t hit anyone with a stick. Everyone knows maces are much more effective.

I’ll let you know when I establish my own country, because I know you’re just dying to immigrate.

NanoWriMo...?

Sorry if I got the name wrong. I have no idea how to spell it, but I'm doing it.

50,000 words is a lot. A lot, lot. I only have 4,444 so far. Man, I am going to be writing all weekend.

NaNoWriMo is, like, national november writing month or something when people write 50,000 words by November 30th.

My novel is pretty suckish so far, but it's coming along.

Rose and Phin are walking already. Rose can speak, too, but the doctor said that Phin would be a little bit slower. (I guess he is like me...)

Going back to writing,
Dan

Sorry

Sorry to drop the bomb like that. I think I just wanted to get it over with, you know?

I'm posting this from school because a friend of mine, Morgan, was reading and told me I shouldn't have posted about Ali like that. So, sorry.

Um, we're doing OK. We meaning us kids. Jimmy? Not so much. I think he's losing his grip on reality and my mom is suffering with him.

I wonder if Phin and Rose will remember her.

Thanks for your comments and emails,
Dan

I'm still here.

Um, hi, readers if there are any left.

I... we haven't posted for a while. Months? Years? I don't remember. I don't think it was years. That was dramatic of me to say.

It's Dan, if anyone was wondering.

It won't be Ali again.

A few months ago, Ali suffered a relapse. Leukemia, for those who forgot. A few weeks later, she was still in a hospital bed. I visited her everyday.

One day, she smiled at me and said, "I like you. You aren't annoying."

She was pretty hyped up on drugs. Pain-killers. "I like you too, Ali." I forced a smile.

She shook her head, like she was drunk. "No. I LIKE you."

I really love Ali. More than anything and when she said that, I think I ran out of the room and into the bathroom. I must've cried for a while.

I think she knew she wasn't going to last much longer.

Anyway, she asked me to continue this blog, because she thought it would help me. I don't want to, but she did.

I've put this off for a long time, but now, as I write, or type, or whatever, I feel closer to her.

Thank you for reading. I'll post again soon.

My Own Mark David Chapman

I've decided that I've had enough drama in my life. What with hating my step-mom, having two new step=brothers, having an absent mother and a bum of a real brother, and having the twins, I think I'm fully done with drama for at least until the end of high school.

At least, that's what I tried to do.

I swear, I really, really tried. I was nice to Mom on the phone (the little #!^$@^) , haven't fought with Dan for a week, smiled at Bri and actually called David, I was on a freakin' roll!

Then I saw him. With his soft brown hair and green, glow-in-the dark eyes, I knew God had sent me a message.

He was the cutest cat I have ever seen in my entire life.

So I did the naughty cartoon kid thing... I hid him in my bedroom, fed him, and named him... Well, actually he named himself. I was listening to the Beatles and he meowed to the meledy, so I named him John Lennon.

Anyways, it turns out Bri is going through a housewife faze where shes cleaning and stuff, so she was actually doing th laundry (I know, shocker) and since she didn't know about John Lennon... she didn't know he was in the dryer...

She's my own Mark David Chapman.
